How to Magnify Images and Text and Even Videos on the Computer Screen. An Awesome Alternative to Ctrl + “=” .
You can enlarge text, images, and anything else on the screen including video and thumbnails by using the (screen) “magnifier”, as it’s called in Windows 10.
This is a useful alternative to “control equals” (commonly known as “control plus” although strictly speaking this is wrong). Sometimes “control equals” doesn’t work well. I’m sure you’ve been there and done that.
In Windows 10 you can access it by holding down the Windows icon key and pressing the “ = “ key repeatedly. Each press will increase the magnification. To undo hold down the Windows icon key and press the “- “ key. To close the magnifier, hold down the Windows icon key and press the “Esc” key.
If you don’t have Windows, try Googling “magnifier” and the name of whatever you have instead of Windows.
